ALOCASIA MICHOLITZIANA ‘GIGANTEA’

CULTIVAR DESCRIPTION: Alocasia micholitziana ‘Gigantea’ is a cultivar of Alocasia micholitziana, characterized by larger lax and pendulous leaves with more undulate lateral margins.

This cultivar is rare in collections, known only in private collections in Australia.

Inflorescences are similar to those seen in Alocasia micholitziana ‘Green Velvet’, with a characteristic medium green spathe blade and a pale lemon to cannary yellow upper spadix.
